I use regular size pony beads for all my masks. If you use smaller, you'll need to use more.

I usually buy from http://www.andysponybeads.com/
Their beads are pretty cheap ($3.29USD for a 500 count bag) AND they give you free shipping on any order over $36. The shipping is always fast and the beads are really stunning. I've also found that their beads have fewer defect beads than the ones I was getting at Michael's.

The patterns on this site are designed to be used with regular sized pony beads which are typically labeled as being 9x6mm. Be careful that you are not buying mini pony beads because those would be too small.
