What would be the best way to adjust the sizing of a cuff width?

if it's a UFO/cage/3D type cuff (not the picture kind) it is best to add or reduce the number of beads in each row by 4s. So, say, instead of 32 beads in your base row, do 28 for smaller or 36 for bigger.

if it's a picture cuff, it's a little trickier. your best bet would be to open up the design in the pattern designer and add or subtract rows as needed.
