Does anyone else have issues with the pattern maker using a MacBook?

I'm using a MacBook, and I don't have access to another computer. Whenever I try to use the pattern maker feature on the website, it won't load for me past 10x10 dimensions. I'm including a picture of what happens when I try to make the dimensions for the pattern larger or smaller. Does anyone else have this problem? This also brings me to my next question. I want to make a mask with the Namaste Om symbol, like this one http://kandipatterns.com/patterns/misc/om-peace-cuff-3744 I've seen someone with it so I know it can be done. When I asked the person who has the mask where he got his pattern, he said that one of his Twitter followers had given the mask to him and he didn't know the pattern. I was wondering if someone would be willing to create a Namaste Mask pattern for me. If it could just be black symbol and white background, that would be great, I can color it when I print the pattern to make the mask. Thanks for taking the time to read this incredibly long question!

To start with, here is an Om mask pattern: http://kandipatterns.com/kandiDesigner/view?id=46290 You can change the colors of course. This was a pattern that was submitted to the site but not accepted because it was based off another user's design. Now, about the pattern maker, if you ever want to use it: I run the pattern maker on Chrome using a MacBook Pro 17" from 2011 and have no problems. It also runs fine for me on my primary computer/browser - Chrome on the newest model iMac. In general, the type of computer won't affect the pattern maker. It's the browser, browser plugins, and Flash that affect how it works. When the pattern maker starts up, it tries to center the pattern area in the middle of the screen. In your screen cap, assuming that the pattern is wider than 10, the pattern is too far over to the right. That tells me that the pattern maker probably thinks your screen is bigger than it is. Chrome is different from other browsers in that it also runs its own version of the Flash plugin separate from the one already installed on your computer. This can sometimes cause problems. I personally had to change some Flash settings in Chrome to stop it from hanging up. So, here's what I recommend you try: - A different browser like Firefox or Safari - Upgrading your Flash plugin if you're not already using the latest version - Disabling the extra Flash plugin in Chrome. Here's a link on how to do that: http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/internet/3332967/prevent-shockwave-flash-crashing-in-google-chrome/ - Clearing your cookies/cache (that's sometimes a magical fix, lol) If you're not sure how to do any of these, you can message me.
