You'll notice that many of my kandi patterns are 32 columns... this is because I expect you to add or remove 2-4 columns depending on your size, and 32 is a good middle point.

You'll also notice that I rarely go below 30 columns. This is because it's harder to add columns on, than it is to remove them. To remove columns, you can just cut part of the pattern off or cover part of your screen. But to add columns you'd have to do it mentally, or draw them in somehow.

Also, it's normally impossible to make a kandi cuff that fits your wrist perfectly. My wrists are 23, but I could never fit in a kandi cuff that's less than 26-28 beads around. Why? Because my hand needs to fit through the same hole. If you look at your wrist in comparison to your hand, and try to imagine your hand fitting in a hole that's the size of your wrist, you'll see the problem. Even if you string the beads loosely, and use super stretchy string, this will still be a problem to a certain extent.

I do try to make patterns in a variety of sizes, but it gets annoying when people complain about certain patterns being too big or too small. I can't make every kandi pattern fit everyone perfectly. You need to learn to adjust patterns to have them fit better.

Keep this in mind.
