amdreamer: I think it took me about 3-6 hours since I didn't use and 'special' beads or a more elaborate color scheme. I could be wrong though-

Reminds me of pep band because of the phrase on the cuff. My flutes and piccolos would play the highest notes we knew and played them as nasty as possible in hopes to be heard over our massive brass section. Never worked but it was always fun since our band director was always within earshot. Does it weigh your arm down any when you wear it?
