LED Light up pac-man themed kandi cuff

Description	This is also one of my favorite pieces that i've made. i was so proud with the final outcome. it is a 3x tall base with 2 layers of pyramids before the final layer which consists of glow in the dark, uv color changing, and strung with pacman ghosts for each color of the rainbow and mr. and ms. pacman kissing, along with blue el wire strung throughout. i made a 3d box type design to attatch the battery pack to the cuff. message me if your confused on how to use el wire on cuffs!
