Aj, how much string you need depends on how often you tie off, and sometimes even the thickness/stretchiness of the string can affect it. There's not a formula for calculating the length. The best thing to do (in my opinion) is to use a piece that's as long as you're comfortable working with, then tie on more if you need it. #36031

Pretty sick pattern man, I just got done making this, and I have to say it came out to be one pretty epic cuff.
