Ricky, there are over 13,000 patterns on the site so there can't be step-by-step instructions for all of them. This pattern is a flat peyote stitch panel (like a wall hanging, not a kandi cuff), even count. If you Google for even count peyote stitch tutorials you will find lots of them - both written and video

Once you've learned how to do peyote stitch you will be able to make this panel and any others you want to make.
