This is a peyote stitch bead pattern. It's made differently than a multi stitch cuff. Bead counts and size may be wrong for kandi designer patterns. Waiting for a fix :(

Well. The way I imagined it, the top part of the bow is part of the original pattern. The part that hangs off could just be added after. If I had enough beads to do it I'd make a sort of tutorial. #34476
